These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of cruxocm.com and related marketing pages operated by CruxOCM, Inc. (“CruxOCM”, “we”, “us”). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Informational purpose

Materials on this site — including product descriptions, metrics, case studies, and downloads — are for general information about CruxOCM’s industrial autonomy software for midstream operations. They describe typical capabilities and outcomes and are not warranties, guarantees, or offers for any specific deployment. Binding commitments are made only in a written agreement between CruxOCM and a customer.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, networks, or related systems;
  • misuse contact forms, support channels, or feedback tools (including spam, scraping personal data, or automated abuse);
  • reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute site content except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law;
  • use the site in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Automated access must respect robots.txt and reasonable rate limits.

4. Intellectual property

The site and its content (text, graphics, logos, trademarks including pipeBOT™ and related marks, and software) are owned by CruxOCM or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. See our Patents page for virtual patent marking. No license is granted except the limited right to access the site for its intended purpose.

5. Third-party links and support

The site may link to third-party sites (including Zendesk Help Center, LinkedIn, or PDF hosts). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices. Optional support launchers open external help properties under their own terms.

6. Privacy and cookies

Personal information submitted through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookie preferences are controlled via Cookie settings in the footer.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CruxOCM and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability arising from the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CruxOCM and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies to consumers. Courts located in Harris County, Texas, have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms, subject to applicable consumer protections.
